   Viperr AI provides insights and analytics through integration with Google Search Console via OAuth. The Service is intended to support search performance analysis and reporting.
   

3. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
   

4. Account and Access
   You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OAuth credentials. Unauthorized access to your Google account or misuse of the Service is strictly prohibited.
   

5. Use Restrictions
   You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Resell or redistribute any part of the Service

• Access or attempt to access the accounts of other users

   All content and technology used in the Service are the property of Viperr AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

   Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability.
   

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
   

10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viperr AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
    

11. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viperr AI from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
    

12. Modifications to the Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the revised Terms on our website with a new effective date.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
